1 ½ C buttermilk baking mx 1 C puffed rice cereal 1/3 C fine chopped banana 1/3 C shredded peeled apple ¼ C raisins ¼ C pine nuts, toasted 1 egg ¾ C milk ½ tsp vanilla
In bowl combine dry ingredients. In second bowl beat eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir into dry mixture until just moistened. Pour ¼ C batter onto lightly oiled hot griddle, turn when bubbles form on top of pancake. Cook until golden brown and serve with butter and syrup.
